If an advertiser does not have a group, prefix or account set up (see Ad-ID Glossary for descriptions), the set up assistant can be used to walk you through the entire set up process. When logged in to Ad-ID, access the Create menu in the top navigation bar and select Set Up Assistant.

If you need to complete a set up that involves an existing prefix, the set up assistant cannot be used. Please contact customer service for assistance.
