Invoices are accessible through an account. Anyone with access to the account can view the associated invoices, but only the account Administrator or the user that made the purchase can edit the invoice.
1. Click on Accounts menu and select account.
2. Click on Invoice Log on the right side.
3. Click on the edit button to the right of the invoice.
Only deposit invoices can be edited.
4. Make necessary changes and click Update.
The date and amount cannot be changed.
5. Download the updated invoice or email from the Invoice Log.
The updated invoice is immediately available to download or email.
Invoices are not emailed automatically to invoice recipient(s) after changes are made.
6. Invoice edit History is available from the Invoice Log if needed.
Click on icon in Type column to view invoice edit history.
