Please reach out to customer service to confirm you need to give another agency access to a specific client. Please provide as much of the following information as possible.
- Name of New Agency
- Name of Contact at New Agency
- New Agency Contact Email
- New Agency Contact Phone
- Prefixes being transitioned
- If there are remaining credits in the account, can we give the new agency access to the account?
- Can we provide the new agency with read-only access to codes? With Read-Only access, the new agency will only be able to view the codes for the prefixes being transitioned.
- Date of Transition
- Date your agency’s access should be removed
