All companies recognized by the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a 501(c)(3) charity can receive all codes free of charge.
To request this pricing, you will need to send a copy of the charity’s IRS determination letter to Client Success. The Client Success team will also provide the 501(c)(3) form to be filled out and returned. Once both documents are received, Ad-ID will check to confirm the charity’s status. If it is determined that this charity is ineligible, it will be subject to the standard rates.
What if I don’t have an IRS letter?
Ad-ID acknowledges that in some older documents, section 501(c)(3) is not specifically mentioned on the determination letter. In these cases, letters that contain language indicating the company meets the requirements of section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) will be accepted.
What if the company is not based in the United States?
Unfortunately, companies that are not based in the US are not eligible.
