To see a code, you must have access to the group that contains the code.
When using one of the following search features, codes are not immediately available. See Search for Codes for instructions on the search features.
It can take up to 30 minutes after a code is created for it to display in search results. Search results only include codes created since January 2015. If you need to find a code created prior to 2015 or one created in the last 30 minutes, try the following:
Access the Codes table on the dashboard, group or prefix screens. The dashboard and groups can be accessed from the top navigation menu. Prefixes can be access from the dashboard or within a group (below the Codes table).
From the Codes table, use the filter to look for a code or any of the information located within the codes table columns like the Ad Title.
