You can only export up to 1,000 codes from the Ad-ID system. If you need a report of codes containing more than 1,000 records, please get in touch with Client Success to request the information.
Selecting all codes for export from the dashboard will only export up to 100 codes, and from a group or prefix screen will only export up to 1,000 codes.
If you have performed a search, the select all option only selects the codes on the first page (up to 200). If your results contain 1,000 or fewer records, there will also be a blue export button to export the complete results list. If the results include over 1,000 records, please contact Client Success to provide an export.
