How to Reset your password
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password and you will receive an email with a link where you can enter a new password. If you do not see it in your inbox, however, please give it a few minutes. You may also want to check your spam folder. If you receive the email, but the link doesn’t bring you to a page where you can enter your new password, your browser may be automatically logging you in with your old password
If you know your current password, you can access your profile information and edit your password.
I am having trouble changing my password
In some cases, your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.) will save log in information from when you have signed in to Ad-ID previously and may be automatically logging you in.
This can cause issues with trying to reset your password or creating a new profile if you need to set up a different email address.
To resolve the issue, you should try clearing your browser history, including cache. Each browser will have somewhat different steps on how to do this.
Or you can try using a different browser that you may not have used to log in to Ad-ID previously.
