Users are not able to change their email address. If your email has changed, DO NOT create a new user profile. Please contact Client Success for assistance. 

If you are trying to change the email because you are taking over a user account that previously belonged to someone else, please create a new log in using your email address and contact Client Success for help with updating access for your new log in.


If you are having issues with the registration page, your browser may be automatically logging you in with your old password.
