You can update your profile information, including your name, contact info and password by clicking on your email address at the top right of the screen when you are logged in to the AD-ID system.


 

 

In the section labeled Profile Information, you can make the necessary changes.


 


You cannot edit your email address.


If your email has changed, DO NOT create a new user profile. Please contact Client Success for assistance. 


If you are trying to change the email because you are taking over a user account that previously belonged to someone else, please contact Client Success for help with creating your own user profile.
