Please reach out to customer service to confirm you need to give another agency access to a specific client. Please provide as much of the following information as possible.

  • Name of New Agency
  • Name of Contact at New Agency
  • New Agency Contact Email
  • New Agency Contact Phone
  • Prefixes being transitioned
  • If there are remaining credits in the account, can we give the new agency access to the account?
  • Can we provide the new agency with read-only access to codes? With Read-Only access, the new agency will only be able to view the codes for the prefixes being transitioned.
  • Date of Transition
  • Date your agency’s access should be removed
